Yay for Thrifting!

Tonight is going to be short - just to let all of you know I still care. I just got Seras to bed, and need to hit the sack soon, but I'm excited for tomorrow.

I'm going thrifting! Well, I'm going to the local 'Auction', which is what people around here call the flea-market. I don't have anything in particular I'm looking for, but I'm hoping I find a few things I need or want at great prices!

Oops!

Alrighty, I owe all of my readers a huge apology. I got a major case of the blah's, followed by a case of the why-bother's. I went on a mini hiatus, and without realizing it missed almost a week of blogging!
I generally do a major weekly roundup every sunday night, but this weekend was pretty hectic, and again, I wasn't feeling it, so it didn't happen.
I'm currently working my tush off making an amazing (maybe) pinata for Seth's 8th birthday party (this weekend - yikes!), cleaning house like a mad-woman because housing inspections are this week and I can't stand the thought of them noticing something silly like toothpaste on the sink, and dealing with a 2 year old with the sniffles who can't seem to stay in her own bed at night.

The Weekly Roundup!

Oh, as weeks go, this one has been a huge pain for me. Life is settling back into its' normal routines slowly, but as usual there are some hiccups along the way. Seras has fully embraced the 'terrible 2's', and has developed some very interesting little personality traits along the way. Dobby is settling in, and turning into an awesome little dog - he's loving and sweet, but he has loads of energy and loves to play. His favorite activities include chasing his pink rubber ball and barking when I vacuum the floors. Seth is turning into a 'standard' boy more and more every day - he's asking for Beyblades and Pokemon cards now.

I've still been fairly neglectful on my money-making ventures online, but as usual, I did fairly well with minimal effort!
